Can all psychics speak to the dead?
Absolutely not. As a matter of fact, one of the biggest misconceptions, even amongst people who are familiar with “new age” concepts, is that psychic ability, and mediumship are the same thing. They actually are not the same in anyway, and while most mediums DO have psychic ability, most psychics CANNOT communicate with spirits. (even though many do try)
What is the best evidence that mediums DO in fact talk to the dead?
The only “proof” that you can really use is to have the experience for yourself. I’ve spoken to hundreds of psychics, and many, many mediums in my life…..and only through having the unique personal experience of being told private, personal information that would be IMPOSSIBLE for someone to know, did I become convinced that we DO “survive” the death of our physical bodies, and our loved ones DO continue on in the next realm, with an ability to communicate.
Can ANYONE communicate with the other side, or do you need to be born special, or gifted to do it?
Great question, and one that is NOT so easy to answer. I do believe that with practice, anyone can learn how to make contact with the other side. Meditation, visualization, learning OBE techniques,lucid dreaming, and evening experimenting with a ouija board and EVP recorder has been instrumental in developing my own “relationship” with the spirit world. But without any equivocation, the most profound experiences I’ve had with spirit communication have come from speaking with mediums, who have bridged the gap for both myself and my loved ones, who are split between this world and the next!
The ONLY proof you are ever going to believe is your own.
You can read articles like this one all day long for months on end….and “think” you believe. Or, you can read skeptical criticisms of psychics and mediums and think they’re all frauds as well.
